As a Customer Experience Manager at Highfy, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless connection between our valued customers and our team. You'll play a pivotal role in strategizing and implementing processes to enhance customer support and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that elevate the overall customer support experience and boost customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met, and their feedback is valued.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance support processes, workflows, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Take proactive measures to meet or exceed set targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support and success roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
