Hi. I am very disappointed with this brand. I did not receive my order as of yet neither i got any call from the rider. No message, no email about the order delivery. I paid through my card so parcel was already paid which must have been received by literally anyone. I got in touch on whatsApp where they told me it’s been delivered with no further answers to my queries. Meanwhile, the DM i sent on instagram, i was told by the person that it will be delivered by 16-17th of April. There is so much confusion and i have been left stranded with no response. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point. I would like to receive my parcel by these dates or i would want a refund. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and i would like to get in touch with your customer service representative urgently. I am still waiting to receive a response.
