I received my order few days back. I have used this serum and I'm loving it. I'm a regular customer of highfy and Thier products are authentic with reasonable price and Good service. The only suggestion is to improve the packing.
I have ordered 3-4 times from this platform. The products are genuine and delivered, considering the safety, breakage and leakage protocol. Hence Packaging and products received 10/10. When it comes to availability of products, the products ordered get short due to non availability and later on customer care call for apology or ask to have product from other brands. This creates a bother for me then as my order will be incomplete and I have to see some other service providers for the only product missing. This has happened 3 times. This is the thing that you have to improve. Either you mention online with the product the quantity left in your stock or keep adequate amount of product stock with you so as to meet the demand. Coming up online frequently and ordering products one by one or to wait for them and keep on checking website is a hassle and honestly is not possible. It is because of the genuine product that I keep on purchasing. If you focus on this issue only then rest all fine. Thank you
