I placed an order on 6th May, I got the confirmation call on Wednesday and then received a message on Friday that the order has been dispatched but it wasn’t getting tracked by order number. Contacted customer support via email and found out that they have the shittiest systems ever that they were not able to find anything in their own system even though I provided everything like order number, confirmation number and email but they kept on asking if I have any other information like what I am gonna have other than these information???? Pathetic service ever.
