Our delivery charges are Rs. 150/order nationwide.

You can request a return by calling our customer service line at 0309-3-HIGHFY (444439). A rider will collect your package within two business days after you request a return. Based on your request, you will receive cashback, shop credit, or a bank transfer. Cashbacks and bank transfers may take 3 to 4 business days to process, however store credit is done immediately.

You can request an exchange by calling our customer service line at 0309-3-HIGHFY (444439). A rider will collect your package within two business days after you request a return. After inspection, if the product is unused, based on your request, you will receive the item in exchange within three to four business days. Please note that we will only replace sizes/variants of the same product.

If you think you ordered the wrong size/kind/variant of a product and would like a replacement, you would be requested to pay the shipping charges.

If you return request is not approved we will inform about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
