Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Beauty portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing profitability, and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a results-oriented approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with overall business goals and drive revenue growth for the beauty category
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the beauty category and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and execute category plans
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the beauty category
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, inventory, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform category strategies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial management, sales, or business development in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, products, and customer behavior
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
