We're inviting fresh graduates to apply for our 3-month Management Trainee program which offers a full-time opportunity upon completion. As a Management Trainee in the Marketing Department, you'll gain hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Campaign Collaborations: Work closely with partner brands, including MNCs like L'Oréal and Unilever, to develop and execute collaborative campaigns.
• Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content such as product videos, memes, and reels.
• Design: Designing content that aligns with the overall content strategy.
• Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with our affiliates to help them drive sales.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and onboard micro- and macro-influencers to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics and KPI dashboards to track and analyze engagement metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
