Poor packing product

I ordered this product, but when the parcel was delivered, the shampoo bottle was open and all the shampoo had spilled out. This is unacceptable. The packaging was very poor, and the product did not arrive in proper condition. I am completely dissatisfied and would not recommend this to anyone.
