Highly disappointed!

Highly disappointed, I purchased three nail polish. After few days I had been told one item is out of stock. I have already made a payment by myself card. The highly team asked for bank details to either reimbursement or I don't know what. It's been a week again and I got niether my parcel nor my refund. I don't trust this online shop. Very disappointed
