
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Immediately after towel drying. At least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measure: spending time in the sun increases the risk of skin diseases and early skin ageing. To decrease the risk, use sunscreen of SPF value 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including limit time in the sun, especially from 10 AM to 3 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglass.
