I recently ordered this foundation, but they sent the wrong shade. Although they assured me they would either refund or send the correct shade, I've yet to receive a resolution. I handed the foundation over to their rider as instructed. However, the company has become unresponsive, ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. I'm particularly surprised since I purchased the product based on Aaniat Khalid's recommendation in her stories, and I'm curious why influencers like her would promote such a brand.
