I ordered two things. The Tresemme conditioner was fine but the Lip pencil i ordered actually was from Bourjois Contour Edition in the the shade Funky Brown but you people sent me the the creamy formula one from Velvet Contour Edition. So for the second item my money was a waste. I'd love an exchange or sth like that.
