Disappointing Experience – Order Marked as Fulfilled but Never Received

I placed an order (#35823953) with Highfy.pk which was marked as fulfilled, but I never received the package. The tracking number they provided (KI798812498 via Leopards Courier) shows no information, and all attempts to contact their support have failed. Emails go unanswered, and the phone number on their website is switched off. Extremely poor customer service — I’m still waiting for an update. Would not recommend based on this experience.
