  1. 01In weeks 1–2, apply 1–2 pumps every other evening after cleansing and toning.
  2. 02From week 3 onwards, apply 3–4 pumps nightly, or until your skin has fully adjusted to retinol.
  3. 03Warm the product between your palms, then press gently across the face and pat lightly for better absorption.
  4. 04Always follow with sunscreen during the day — retinol and the sun are not on speaking terms.
