  1. 01Using the doe foot applicator, swipe the liquid shadow directly onto the eyelids.
  2. 02Wait 5–10 seconds for the formula to begin setting — resist the urge to blink aggressively.
  3. 03Using a finger or an eyeshadow brush, gently tap (don't rub!) the shadow to blend and set it into a seamless shimmer.
  4. 04Layer for a more intense shimmer effect, or keep it sheer for an everyday glow.
