I recently received a parcel from highfy and I was very disappointed with the packaging. It arrived in terrible condition — the outer packaging was damaged, and it offered little protection for the contents inside. Thankfully, the product itself wasn’t completely ruined, but it could have easily been. For a brand that claims to care about quality, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I hope they improve their packaging standards in the future.
