Good packaging like always but some other major issues

I appreciate the good packaging, as always. However, there are some major concerns that need to be addressed. Specifically:

- The response time to messages is slow, which causes unnecessary delays.
- Tracking number details are not shared with customers, resulting in wasted time and increased uncertainty.
- Delivery times are consistently late, with my most recent order taking 18 days to arrive.
- Orders are frequently split into multiple deliveries, which is inconvenient and frustrating.
