Worst website ever!

I have never seen customer support worst than highfy. Pk. You should name your website as LOWFY because thats what you are.... I want public to know these fraudsters.
1- they did not sent me complete order. Many items were missing, i paid in advance for this
2- they took 20 days to deliver. My order was sent to another city... Shittiest website!
3- my order had 6 free gifts, they didn't send a single one!
4- i have been trying to call and contact their support team, they are not responding. Leaving my messages on seen
5- i ordered dove conditioner, they sent tresseme one
So far, this is the worst online service i have ever seen. Not a single free gift received. They offer but didn't send!
