Loreal elvive total repair conditioner

I have placed my order of the 2 bottle of loreal conditioner and bottle of ogx coconut milk shampoo and 1 dove fresh cucumber deodorant on 28 May. It's been almost a month I haven't received my parcel????????.on Saturday 21 june I only received Dove deodorant like seriously!!!!!. I placed order of three together total of 3998 something was my total. Now I'll have to pay them separately and giving extra delivery charges is it that a joke? I even messaged to highfy about this problem but they didn't reply to me!
I'm disappointed seriously! I was so excited about receiving my order before eid now its almost ending of a month!! I haven't received it yet.
