Pink flash eyeliner

The tip is not sharp, which makes application uneven and difficult. It’s also not waterproof or smudge-proof even a light touch or rub makes it fade and disappear. The staying power is very poor, so it doesn’t last long at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this eyeliner if you’re looking for something reliable and long-lasting.
But you can still use if you know how to apply
