finally an eyeliner that stay put . the applicator is sharp and precise .its waterproof and smudge proof . i wore it all day at my office and it didn't even budge or flake highly recommend if you are tired of your liner disappearing by the noon . i roccomend it to everyone. would differently be adding it to my cart next time while i order.
