The packaging was fine. I had high hopes for the facewash but the facewash delivered was not original one. It has caused me dryness on my face since first use. Even the bottle delivered has differences from the original picture uploaded (the strip on the top of bottle delivered is white whereas in the original picture it is green). I am very much disappointed. Honestly didn't expect that because my previous experience with highfy was good!
I have received my order today its my second order and I'm satisfied from theor packaging and products quality I'm in love with this Vince face wash
The delivery was smooth. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely. I've been using the products and they're actually really good. It was my first time ordering from highfy and now I'll be ordering more often from here 'cause the products are nice and the service was great.
