However, courier service, particularly Leopard’s delivery, has been extremely disappointing. میرا پارسل ایک ہفتے سے میرے شہر میں موجود تھا، مگر ڈلیوری بوائے نے بار بار ڈیلیوری لیٹ کی. Instead of delivering to my doorstep, they kept asking me to pick it up from a certain location, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. Highfy deserves a more reliable delivery partner to match their high standards of service.

Overall, Highfy is a fantastic platform, and I will continue shopping from them. But I sincerely hope they reconsider their logistics partner to improve the delivery experience for customers.
