Best Concealer in Pakistan
There is no single best concealer in Pakistan, and the reason is specific to this market: the shade ranges that dominate it were built elsewhere. Most imported concealer lines run cooler and lighter than Pakistani skin needs, so a shade that matches on depth still reads grey against the face. Getting concealer right here is more about shade and undertone than about formula, and that is the opposite of how the category is usually presented.
The shade problem, stated plainly
Depth and undertone are two separate things.
Depth is how light or dark. Most ranges cover the lighter half of the spectrum well and thin out quickly past medium.
Undertone is the colour running underneath — warm golden, cool pink, or neutral and olive. A large share of Pakistani skin is warm or olive, and a large share of imported concealer shades are cool or neutral-cool because they were formulated for markets where that dominates.
A cool-toned concealer on warm or olive skin looks grey, particularly under the eye where it is layered over darkness. People usually conclude the shade is too light and go darker, which makes it muddier rather than fixing the greyness.
Test on the jaw in daylight. Not the back of the hand, which is a different colour from the face, and not under shop lighting, which flatters everything.

Match the formula to your skin
Oily skin wants matte or natural-matte, long-wear, with silica or starch high in the formula.

Correctors, and why they matter here
Periorbital hyperpigmentation — genuine brown discolouration around the eye — is markedly more common in South Asian skin than in most populations, and it is largely genetic.
